How to check conversation message details

To access the message details in your Conversations section, follow these steps:

1. Click "Inbox"

2. Selet a "message"

3. Click here

Hover over a message to display the three-dot menu.

4. Click "Details"

Select "Details" from the dropdown menu.

5. Message details

In the popup window, you will see various message details.

1. You can view the from/to information and determine the message direction (inbound or outbound).

2. The details also include a date/time stamp.

3. Any automations that triggered the communication message will be hyperlinked in the popup, such as workflows, triggers, campaigns, or bulk actions.

By using this feature, you can have better control over managing your conversations and gain a deeper understanding of where specific messages originate.
