How to use video tracking trigger

Note: The precision of video tracking relies on whether the progress bar is disabled. Enabling the progress bar can disrupt the accuracy of the workflow's video tracking.

To ensure a video appears in the filters for a Video Tracking Workflow Trigger, it must be encoded properly. We advise disabling the 'Show Progress Bar' option in the Video Element settings to prevent viewers from manually navigating within the video, thus ensuring accurate progress tracking. Additionally, setting up a redirect for unregistered visitors is recommended.

1. Click "Marketing"

2. Click "workflows"

3. Click "Create Workflow"

4. Click "Continue"

5. Click "Add New Workflow Trigger"

6. Select "Video Tracking"

7. Click "Add filters"

8. Select "Funnel"

This filter provides the option to select specific funnels from your CRM or choose none of them to activate a workflow.

This filter offers the flexibility to choose specific videos from your CRM or none of them to initiate a workflow.

Select "Operator"

10. Select  "Video duration (%)"

This feature enables you to activate a workflow when the visitor reaches a specific percentage (%) of video completion.
